All frozen products are fresh when frozen. Use by dates on frozens refer to chilled state expiry! In the rare event that any goods arrive in less than the superb condition in which they were sent, advise us immediately and we will issue a replacement or credit promptly.

We regret we are unable to issue a credit where more than 30 days have passed since delivery.

Certificate of Registration

Before you can open any food premises for business, a Certificate of Registration is required under the food hygiene regulations 1974. This certificate will only be issued when the premises complies with the standards set out in these regulations.

For businesses where food is manufactured, prepared, packed or stored for the purpose of wholesale from the premises, an approval from the medical officer of Health is required before any Certificates of registration can be issued.
