Easy-Peasy BBQ Rib Marinade

Ingredients

  • Pork BBQ Ribs
  • 3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

METHOD

  1. Combine worcestershire sauce, sugar, barbecue sauce, tomato sauce and garlic in a bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.

  2. Place meat in a large  dish. Pour over sauce and turn to coat underside. Cover with plastic wrap or tinfoil. Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours, or over night as the longer the better.
